Safe and Sane items are generally “shower of sparks” type items. This would include fountains and ground spinners and novelty items (snap -n- pops, party poppers, etc.). Sparklers and smoke products are also included in this category. The rule to always follow is that “safe and sane items do not fly or explode”.
Assortments: Safe and Sane assortments are packaged in trays or bags and include different types of Safe and Sane items. These items make good family packs because of the variety of fireworks included. The names on some Full C and Safe and Sane assortments may be the same. The only difference between these items is the assortment contents and the price. You must be careful when pricing the assortments to distinguish between the two.
